The Executive Company improved passenger experience and services at all airports in the Kingdom, enhancing the Executive lounges. By overcoming challenges and addressing passenger issues with effective solutions, it positively impacted Saudi Airlines' international standing.

Solution

Thanks to the services provided by the company, the traveler now has everything he needs at the airport. It has become possible through the company to register flights to save time and effort and make travel easy and convenient, as well as renting cars and requesting a private driver.

Result

Services such as parking, luggage transportation, and retrieval of lost items were also available, and supplies such as gifts, food, and drinks could be purchased. The company also took care of cafes and now provides service at the highest level to airport patrons.

Challenge

Music represents a rich cultural value. By teaching it and attracting its enthusiasts, we can create its value and convey its great historical message. From this belief, the Minhaj Institute of Arts was founded to create a generation of creative artists in the field of music.

Solution

Despite the challenges our community faced in promoting this art and attracting its enthusiasts, the institute made significant efforts and successfully overcame all obstacles. They have charted a new path in our country, passionately training musical talents, including children with autism.

The SOPC had a website which has been up and running for many years, but no longer contained content that reflects the company’s latest achievements and milestones. Not only did the text content need updating, the visual content including overall design and user journey also needed to be revamped. B

To start off, our Account Management team conducted a kick-off meeting with the client to align all the key stakeholders with the agreed scope of work and timeline. We understood from the get-go that the client wanted a modern website that matches international standards.
